Psy.D., LMFT
I value accuracy and thoroughness in every report, striving to meet U.S. government standards while ensuring that your unique story is heard. I am also a professional writer who has written over 35 books, and a well-written report will make a huge difference in the way the report is understood.
In each case, my evaluations can offer a professional perspective that goes beyond personal testimony, helping immigration courts understand the full scope of your situation.
Demonstrate that your removal would cause severe emotional, financial, or medical hardship to qualifying U.S. relatives.
Document the nature and impact of domestic abuse, including any psychological harm and continuing risks.
Provide professional evidence of emotional or mental distress stemming from a serious crime, such as sexual assault, kidnapping, or trafficking.
Evaluate traumas, persecutions, or torture you may have experienced and underscore current mental health challenges.
Demonstrate the psychological aftermath of forced labor or sexual exploitation and support your eligibility for a T-Visa.
My goal is to make the process smooth, transparent, and comprehensive, so you feel supported and informed every step of the way.
